In-State Students Will Get a Tuition Discount. Tuition and fees at UT Chattanooga is reduced dramatically for residents of Tennessee. Tuition and fees for in-state students is set at $8,664 for the 2017 - 2018 year, a 65.0% discount off the price charged to out-of-state students. Tuition is $6,888 and fees $1,776.
